When we’re not screaming into a pillow, hyperventilating or craving waffles during Stranger Things, we are basically taking fashion notes from Millie Bobby Brown and Winona Ryder. The show’s eerie ’70s – ’80s high school vibe really does it for us (as does Steve’s gloriously voluminous hair).
So, we’re extremely pumped to hear that H&M is releasing its own Stranger Things-inspired clothing collection later this month, in plenty of time for the third season this summer. The capsule collection includes clothing, swimwear and accessories for women and men. It will be available in H&M stores worldwide and online from 23rd May.
In the upcoming season of Stranger Things (which drops on the 4th July – pop it in the diary), we visit new locations in the creepy little town of Hawkins. One of them is the Hawkins Community Pool – and that’s where this H&M fashion shoot is set. All the clothes and swimmers feature a Hawkins Community Pool aesthetic. We’re getting retro graphic t-shirts and tank tops, shorts, playsuit, swimwear and poolside accessories.
It’s designed by H&M’s in-house team as a collab with Netflix. Some of the clothes will actually appear in the show, which is kinda great.
Perhaps most importantly, the range is modelled by Dacre Montgomery, that unspeakably fit guy who plays Billy Hargrove in the show. Another Stranger Things star with seriously good hair.
Yeah, you do.
Basically, we want it all. Lucky it’s just a few weeks before we can fill our wardrobes with Stranger Things merch.
And obviously these.
ALL OF IT.
